Paul E. Minnefor, counsel to the firm, is a civil litigator with experience in a wide variety of general commercial matters  and complex insurance coverage litigation.  Mr. Minnefor is a member of the firm's Compliance Practice Group and is also actively involved in all aspects of the firm's White Collar Criminal Defense Practice Group.

From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Minnefor was an associate in the Newark, New Jersey office of Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger & Vecchione.  At Gibbons, Mr. Minnefor's focus was general commercial matters and complex insurance coverage litigation.  In that capacity, Mr. Minnefor provided counseling and representation to insurance companies and policyholders in an array of insurance disputes and other insurance related matters.  Mr. Minnefor was also responsible for a host of litigation-related activities, and led a team of attorneys in a large scale factual investigation of a pharmaceutical company that entailed the review, analysis and coordination of hundreds of thousands of documents. 

Mr. Minnefor was an intern to the Honorable Maryann Trump Barry, U.S.D.J., in the summer of 1997.
