While we provide vigorous advocacy on behalf of our clients, we endorse alternative methods of resolving disputes and urge clients to give them careful consideration. We also provide services as a neutral in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings and as a neutral supervising civil discovery and resolving discovery disputes.

The head of our ADR practice, Amy Rothstein, serves as mediator and arbitrator in cases involving securities, employment discrimination, contract and other commercial disputes. She is on the mediator panels of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court. Amy also sits as an arbitrator for the AAA, and has experience as a Special Master for two New York State Supreme Court Commercial Division judges and as a Special Referee.
