Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

While we provide vigorous advocacy on behalf of our clients, Doar Rieck Kaley & Mack endorses alternative methods of resolving disputes and urge clients to give them careful consideration. We also provide services as a neutral in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings and as a neutral supervising civil discovery and resolving discovery disputes.

The head of our ADR practice, Amy Rothstein, serves as mediator and arbitrator in cases involving securities, employment discrimination, insurance, contract and other commercial disputes. She is on the mediator panels of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court. She also sits as an arbitrator for the AAA, has experience as a Special Referee, and serves as a Special Master for a New York State Supreme Court Commercial Division Justice.
