David Rivera
Of Counsel
David Rivera, counsel to the firm, is a civil litigator with experience in securities law and employment law who works with Mr. Mack on a number of ongoing monitorships. Mr. Rivera was a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated where he handled regulatory investigations and inquiries, defended customer and employment arbitrations in-house, conducted broker-training seminars as part of a Compliance Awareness Program and helped coordinate the defense of several hundred limited partnership arbitrations. From 1988 to l992, Mr. Rivera was a litigation associate at Kelley, Drye & Warren working on complex antitrust and securities cases. In 1986, Mr. Rivera interned in Governor Cuomo's Executive Chamber.
