Our experienced team has also served as lead and co-lead counsel both in class action lawsuits that were brought under ERISA and involved breaches of fiduciary duty, retiree medical benefit entitlements, and Section 510 discrimination claims and in age discrimination collective actions.
Doar Rieck Kaley & Mack also serves as counsel to a number of labor unions. In representing them, we assist in collective bargaining negotiations and litigate on their behalf in federal court, before the National Labor Relations Board, and before various contract arbitrators. We also act as counsel to various Taft-Hartley pension and medical plans, advising them on compliance matters and handling their collection litigation.
